What can you tell us about the wedding?
“Josh proposed on my birthday! It was a surprise!!”
How did you meet? What was your first date like?
“He lived in Florida, I live in New York. We met in December 2019 and talked every day after we smiled at each other. I messaged him and luckily because I had the paid program we were able to chat online for a few weeks before exchanging numbers. Josh actually because he did not have the paid program spent several hours trying to find my profile once I had sent him a smile to return a smile!! It was all such a God thing because we are from opposite ends of the country. We met in person in February 2020 just before the world shut down and began dating during that visit!”
Describe the moment you knew it was true love!
“It was gradual! So many conversations where we would talk about everything under the sun and we both just felt like “WOW, this guy/ girl gets me!!!” We had a hunch before we met in person, but knew for sure once we met that this was it!”
What advice would you give other Christian Mingle members, who are still looking for love?
“Be patient. Curb your expectations. That’s the best thing you can do without sacrificing who you are. Be true to yourself- take the time to put in the work to becoming self-aware and as whole as you can be, content where God has you no matter the season.”
