Oscar and I met face to face nearly 3 months after our first conversation!
There was a huge ice storm in Atlanta. Oscar, who had not flown in YEARS, better yet, had not left Texas in a decade, waited thru a cancelled flight, found an early am flight an hour away from his home in Texas and flew to me in Atlanta mid weekend.
We had less than 24 hours to look into each other’s eyes and hold hands for the first time!
He had a Sunday afternoon flight back to TX, so we had less than 24 hours to look into each other’s eyes and hold hands for the first time! We did it…and we haven’t let go.
Describe the moment you knew it was true love!
We knew it was true love after only a short time of verbal and written communication. We met face to after a huge ice storm tried to keep us apart! We were in love before we even met face to face. A kiss sealed the deal! Hahaha, crazy right?!

Be grateful for the gifts He brings us.
God gives us one life to live! He gives us direction, we have faith and are encouraged daily to trust Him. I say, live for Him, be a light, love unconditionally and be grateful for the gifts He brings us.
